Exterior paint covers 350 sq ft/gallon on smooth siding and about 280 sq ft/gallon on rough surfaces like stucco or brick. Always use exterior-grade paint rated for UV and moisture. Two coats are standard for most exterior jobs. Best painting conditions are 50-85F with low humidity.
