How It Works

Strippable wallpaper (modern, vinyl-coated) peels off at ~60 sq ft/hour. Standard wallpaper with scoring and steaming takes ~30 sq ft/hour. Wallpaper that has been painted over is the hardest at ~15 sq ft/hour. Score the paper first, apply stripper or steam, wait 15 minutes, then scrape. Multiple layers multiply effort.
